Founded by Philippe Gonzales in Madrid in 2011, Instagramers is the community of Instagram fans.

The Instagramers groups in the world are several hundred and constantly growing. In Italy there are about 95 communities between regional and local (provincial capitals).

From 17 March 2013 Igersitalia is a national association aimed at the knowledge and dissemination of Instagram and mobile photography through events and challenges.

The members of Igersitalia promote initiatives on the web that often take the form of photographic walks (Instameet and Instawalk), exhibitions, bike tours, cultural meetings, happenings and challenges.
The goal is to integrate culture, sport and social media to bring people to the territory through photography.
